Administrative Assistant
Skarleth Milligan has quite literally grown up at A+P CPAs. She first joined the firm as a high school intern and has been here ever since—watching the company evolve and quietly helping make that evolution happen. Over the years, she’s handled just about every aspect of administration: tax data entry, office management, technology support, personnel training… and now, she keeps our billing department running smoothly and efficiently.
Known for her dedication, follow-through, and steady reliability, Skarleth believes hard work, responsibility, and ownership are the keys to success. She prefers to stay out of the spotlight, but her role is absolutely essential to the way our team operates.
Fun fact: this is the only job Skarleth has ever had! While she once considered a career in law (she’s always enjoyed research and data), these days she balances her work here with being a proud mom to two amazing daughters.
Outside of work, she loves traveling with her family—whether it’s to somewhere tropical or back East. Quiet, capable, and deeply committed, Skarleth is the kind of team member who makes a lasting impact without needing to be front and center.
