Lacey Solomon is the amazing leader of our Back Office Team. She’s the quiet force that keeps everything flowing smoothly—from running the e-file center and helping the Billing department run like a well-oiled machine to being the absolute go-to for software questions. If it runs on a screen, Lacey probably knows how to fix it, improve it, or teach it better than anyone else.
Her incredible work ethic, attention to detail, and talent for thinking any problem through to its conclusion make her the kind of person every office needs—but few actually have. She not only sees what needs to be done; she creates the process, refines it, and follows it with precision. That ability was especially clear when she took a lead role in a major software conversion heading into the 2024 tax filing season. Lacey’s someone you can always count on to get the job done right—and help others do the same.
When she’s not deep in the billing or system settings, Lacey loves tacos, Disney, and mountain biking. She also values solo hikes—quiet moments on the trail are her favorite way to recharge. A proud mom of three incredible sons who are the center of her world, her happiest times are spent doing something fun with them. Whether it’s rocking out in the concert pit, carving through fresh snow at Powder Mountain, or adventuring outdoors, Lacey’s energy and dedication makes her a stand-out in our firm.
