Kim Weaver is an absolutely essential member of our professional admin team – a key player in how we keep things running. Known for her strong follow-through, incredible work ethic, and take-charge attitude, Kim takes full ownership of her tasks and keeps the front lines moving smoothly.
She’s also got a great eye for talent—she’s been behind all of our recent busy season Admin temp hires. One of them impressed us so much, they’re now joining the team as an intern!
Kim lives by a favorite quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Life is a journey, not a destination. Learn to enjoy the ride.” And she really means it—especially when that ride has an engine. Whether she’s tearing up trails on a dirt bike or planning her next beach trip to Hawaii, Kim brings energy and joy to everything she does.
At home, she’s a self-proclaimed neat freak (her house sparkles!), and at work, she’s known for being helpful, organized, and always eager to jump in. She also has an infectious, distinctive laugh that’s become part of the soundtrack of the office—when Kim’s around, things just feel a little more fun. She’s also a big fan of live theater, always ready to catch a great show whenever she can.
