Ashley Kirkham is the kind of person who keeps everything—and everyone—on track, all while adding a whole lot of heart (and just the right amount of sass) to the office. As one of our go-to administrative specialists, Ashley wrangles staff calendars, organizes the chaos, and somehow always knows what’s happening before it even happens.
She’s the first to remember your birthday, the first to welcome a new voice on the phone like an old friend, and the one who always knows who’s pulling into the parking lot—seriously, she can ID just about every staff member’s car by make and model (and probably a few random ones, too). It’s basically her superpower.
Ashley’s got a big-picture brain with an eye for detail. She’s always thinking ahead, planning for what’s next, and quietly making sure the rest of us look like we’ve got it together. She loves cooking for her Wednesday night family dinners—one of her favorite traditions—and somehow still finds the time and energy to make it happen week after week.
Recently, Ashley stepped into her favorite new role yet: “Mimi” to her very first grandbaby! Whether she’s juggling office logistics or snuggling her newest family member, she brings the same warmth and can-do spirit to everything she does.
Outside the office, you’ll find her happiest with her family or soaking up sunshine on a beach in Hawaii. Oh, and here’s a fun fact: she owns a fully restored 1979 Ford truck, which is just as cool as it sounds.
