Marianne Wicknick is our accounting and tax specialist — a behind-the-scenes powerhouse with more than 30 years of public accounting experience and a sharp eye for detail. She excels in client consulting, tax strategy, and sales tax expertise, with an uncanny ability to spot what others might miss. When a tricky situation arises, Marianne is exactly the expert you want in your corner.
Ironically, accounting wasn’t part of the original plan. Marianne spent time in college at BYU–Hawaii, dreaming of sunshine and something a little different… but she eventually traded surfboards for spreadsheets and earned her degree from Brigham Young University. (Rise and Shout!)
Marianne is all about focusing on the unique needs of each client, working closely with them to get the best results possible. She knows the IRS can be intimidating, and one of her favorite parts of the job is helping clients feel more confident, less stressed, and totally supported.
Outside the office, Marianne is an active member of Women in Business, where she enjoys building community and mentoring others in their professional journeys. She also loves to travel—Europe and Kauai are personal favorites—and finds joy in music, especially when she’s playing clarinet in a community orchestra. She’s a proud “Nana” to her grandkids and, during tax season, one of the firm’s trusted late-night warriors.
